I cannot say enough good things about the food! It was SO fresh and delicious. It is hard to find vegan options, but they hit it out of the ballpark! The vegan options were so good! The Vegan was so fresh and light! 10/10👏🏼
10 out of 10. We have been here 3 times in the last 2 days while visiting Oneonta for a baseball tournament at the Allstar Village. We have gotten our coffee here in the morning and just went after hours for a large team dinner. They took our orders ahead of time, had outdoor areas for the kids to play, a fantastic outdoor patio and great drinks. If you are in town for baseball and looking for a large group dinner location Michelle and her staff are the best!
We stopped here on our way to NYC from Cooperstown, and so glad we did! This place is great for breakfast, brunch, lunch, drinks + apps or even dinner. The ambiance and atmosphere was welcoming, comfortable with indoor and outdoor spacious seating. Very quaint and such attention to detail. I also admired that the food is locally grown, fair-trade, organic, and the most important, savory and fresh meals. We had salmon avocado toast, chai latte, hazelnut ice coffee, Caesar salad, classic avocado toast, and rainbow cookies. All our food was tasty. All the staff were extremely pleasant especially our waitress Kristen A. To the owner, thank you for your vision, creativity and thoughtfulness with Social Eats Cafe. We truly enjoyed it. 😊👍🏼 (I’m sorry I didn’t think to take photos until we left.)
Had a great stop here. The staff is so kind and our food /Drink was delish! Best chai tea latte I’ve had! The ambience was beautiful, clean and warm.
WOW! We are so lucky that we discovered this place. We are traveling on the road for a living and we go to so many places all across the country for food, coffee and pit stops. This place is by far one of the best that I’ve been to anywhere in my 15 years of touring. Very friendly and smiling faces and delicious food. Maya at the front was so awesome! She was super helpful, knowledgeable, quick and patient. She really made our day and I wish she was working at every cafe that we go to! The owner, Michelle, was also at front of house, running around and ensuring that every guest had what they needed. Michelle told us about how they really care about the community and how they help underrepresented coffee growers all around the world- very impressive. Beside the excellent service, the food and coffee were 10/10. Vegan options were amazing and perfectly prepped and well priced. The regular menu was full of so many great options and our group (of 8) were able to find something that they absolutely loved. The potato leek soup was perfect, the Chicken club was also on point and tasty.
I finally made time to eat in! I door dash to work quite often. I love their chicken Cobb salad! Today I had the chicken club. My date had the social burger. Ahhhmazing yummy food once again.

Found this quaint and vibey spot in Oneonta and we’re so happy we did! Got the Brown butter latte, Trick or Treat latte (not shown), Apple butter maple bacon French toast & Smoked salmon avocado toast. Food was delicious, atmosphere was great and service was amazing!
I had the time of my life eating breakfast here. Our waitress was the sweetest human being. I want to be her best friend. I can’t wait to return. The poached eggs on the classic avocado toast were cooked to perfection. The eggwich exceeded my expectations. I received pleasure with every bite. Outstanding atmosphere. The temperature of each drink was unmatched. The smiles that we came across were joyous. Even the parking lot was fantastic.
Such a wonderful place! Atmosphere is warm and inviting. Light and airy cafe feel with indoor and outdoor seating. Staff are kind and friendly. The food is amazing..such an awesome menu.. I had Blackberry Chai latte (so good!) , and the smoked salmon benny.. (Never had smoked salmon b4..if this is how yummy it tastes, I'll definitely be getting it more often!) Best part, they are a member of "Good To Go" food rescue, to help keep left over food waste, out of our landfills..Their leftover bag..Sooo worth purchasing! It's like getting a "Surprise Santa gift " ..so fun ..and such a great cause!! Highly recommend this cafe!!
